Workshop making a mural with VAAF

About this activity.

This year the theme of the Month of Public Art is 'wall art'. Have you always wanted to make a mural yourself? Then sign up for this workshop by artist duo VAAF (Jonna Bo Lammers and Lotte Mask) on Saturday 24 June. You may know VAAF from the mural by Aletta Jacobs in the Broerstraat, the street art project in the Papengang, the artwork about the protests in Iran in the Koude Gat or one of their other successful projects.

What are you going to do? Under the guidance of VAAF, you will start designing and making a large mural. The inner wall of the large hall at Kunstpunt is 22 meters long and may be painted completely. VAAF gives you tips and tricks when designing and making a mural. And because you naturally want to paint as high as possible on the wall, you will use a special technique, namely with a brush on a stick of two meters long.
