A trip down memory lane: art & architecture route through Helpman

About this activity.

A trip down memory lane (Geheugentrip) is a walking route full of art, architecture, history and beautiful greenery. The route takes you along various places south of the ring that tell something special about the history of the area, such as the Papiermolen swimming pool, the music dome in the Sterrebos and the Kempkensberg.

Audio fragments have been added to various locations on the route. The soundscapes, poems and music fragments bring the past to life. The start and end point of the route is the Memory Balcony (Geheugenbalkon). You can find the art route 'Memory Trip' here.

Kunstpunt Groningen.

Kunstpunt Groningen (voorheen CBK) is hét knooppunt voor beeldende kunst. Wij lenen kunstwerken uit, begeleiden kunstopdrachten in de openbare ruimte en bij bedrijven, ontwikkelen educatieprojecten voor scholen en organiseren tentoonstellingen en activiteiten.
