Description
How do you invite young people to look at the world in a different way? With humor, language and storytelling, art can become a starting point for exploring societal themes.
In the Crash Course Getting Lost to Connect by Anne Graswinckel, you will learn how to use art as a catalyst for new insights and meaningful interaction. The artist’s mindset consistently serves as the starting point for deeper connection and imagination.
You will practice a hands-on, exploratory approach and discover how your attitude can influence the extent to which a group feels free to get lost, connect, and allow new meaning to emerge.
Through her design studio Wonderzoeken, Anne develops (internationally) methodologies for art-based citizenship education, creating tools that enable makers to enrich and transform their own practice. Anne is the author of three playful “getting lost” books, including The Atlas of Getting Lost (2022) and The Art of Getting Lost. She also designed the participatory game method DWAAN (2024).
