During this one-day Crash Course in Education, art educators, artists and other art professionals will explore together how conversations about art can be particularly meaningful today.
A day of looking, feeling, creating and meeting.
There are various methodologies for engaging in dialogue with visual art. These can be both practical and philosophical. Sometimes analytical, sometimes imaginative. Over the past ten years, this field has grown and expanded significantly. In this Crash Course edition of Veldwerk, one question takes centre stage:
How do we have meaningful conversations through art – in which we actively seek out what art can mean in our lives?
In this crash course, we take two methodologies as our starting point. You choose which one you want to explore in depth:

Kunstpunt Groningen (voorheen CBK) is hét knooppunt voor beeldende kunst. Wij lenen kunstwerken uit, begeleiden kunstopdrachten in de openbare ruimte en bij bedrijven, ontwikkelen educatieprojecten voor scholen en organiseren tentoonstellingen en activiteiten.
Kunstpunt Groningen (formerly CBK) is the hub for visual arts. We lend works of art, supervise art assignments in public spaces and at companies, develop educational projects for schools and organize exhibitions and activities.
