The Memory Balcony is the latest addition to the Art on Street collection in Groningen. The 13 meter high vantage point offers a unique view of the development of the new southern ring road and the Zuiderplantsoen. Made from old parts of the ring, the Memory Balcony connects Groningen's past and future. Makers Lorien Beijaert and Arna Mačkić of Studio L A tell in this video how they experienced the construction of the artwork.
