Ilse Brul creates paintings full of colour, movement, transparency, and light. They are inspired by walks in nature, on the Wadden Sea, and in the Alps. Kunstpunt Groningen presents her solo exhibition Lichtvloed, featuring paintings from different periods.

From 16 April to 23 May 2026, her work will be on view, available for loan, and for sale at the Kunstpunt Art Loan. We visited the studio of Ilse.
