A selection of works by Rieks Pepping (1949-2020) can be seen in our Kunstuitleen. As a tribute to the artist, we show fourteen of his colorful paintings with the theme of interior.
The works have been made available by Pepping's partner Annemiek de Jong. Rieks Pepping was the driving force behind the Frontaal gallery in Appingedam for nineteen years. His paintings are characterized by their tightly painted forms, clear use of color and everyday subjects.
