Workshop: Illustrate your own set of cards, by Eva Lenis
About this activity.
In this short, one-day workshop you will make cards yourself. Cards to send or to frame and enjoy.
Illustrator Eva Lenis has been making illustrations and animations for more than 15 years for, among others, the municipality of Groningen, Qbuzz and the Hanze University of Applied Sciences. And in this workshop she will teach you how to design a set of greeting or postcards with a self-chosen theme or for (not so) festive moments. No experience is necessary, everyone can participate!
You will first receive an explanation of a number of illustration techniques (both digital and analogue) and then you will see how to prepare an analogue illustration for printing. But above all, you also get to work, because there must be illustrations after all! You convert one of these into 25 cards that you can collect from VRIJDAG at a later time.
