Janneke Hoek (Zwolle, 1995)

"I see illustration mainly as telling a story visually. Stories fascinate me because they tell a lot. Every culture, every individual and every place has its own story and shows me a different view of the world."

This exhibition is an invitation to look outside, at each other and at the beauty around us.

The exhibition is also a tribute to the creative woman. Her chaos, form, playfulness and strength. The canvases in the church tell the story of the goddess Eurynome (creation story of the Pelasgieans).
