The Wall #9 with Indira de Boer
About this activity.
For The Wall #9, artist Indira de Boer is creating an installation of wooden elements. In her work, she explores how a space can be more than just a place. Can materials, shapes and scale evoke memories or emotions? Can a space transport you somewhere else, even for a moment? Through building, testing and starting over, Indira investigates how meaning emerges through the process of making.
During the working period, from 12 October to 21 November, you can follow the project up close in Kunstpunt. You can see Indira at work, ask questions and watch the project develop step by step.
About The Wall
The Wall is a project by Kunstpunt in which artists are given the opportunity to experiment with large-scale artworks in a public setting. Using a wall measuring nearly 200 m², they explore new ideas, materials and ways of working.
