About this activity.

The Stadsgalerie is located in the heart of our beautiful city of Groningen. With its historic buildings, old squares, colorful parks, quiet little alleys and pleasant shopping streets, the title Pearl of the North is more than justified. We are proud of it! Not surprising that four artists found plenty of inspiration to make a whole series of paintings of the "City". Annemarie de Groot, Hans Versfelt, Joost Doornik and Edwin Grissen, each in their own way, managed to "grab" the "City" on their canvases. You will find the view from the Forum, our own Boteringestraat, the Vismarkt, the Grote Markt and many more famous and beloved places during the exhibition "Cityscapes". As a resident and/or enthusiast of the city of Groningen, this exhibition is an absolute must-see! Everyone is welcome to join the opening on Sunday 30 April around 4 p.m.
