One-day workshop: Design a band poster

About this activity.

In this workshop you will make a poster based on the specific technique with which Willem has been designing posters himself for years. You work from small sketches, where you transfer the best sketch to a sheet full of Indian ink. So a black sheet. With a box cutter you scratch out the drawing, so you work from dark to light. The sheet often forms the basis for a screen print, but you can also reproduce the old-fashioned way by means of a copy machine, so make an edition. We do the latter in this one-day workshop.
