On Saturday 31 May, we welcome pianist Leon Guallart to Wall House #2 for a special living room concert.
Leon Guallart, born in Barcelona and active in both Spain and Los Angeles, moves effortlessly between music, film and stories. His work has already been awarded at international festivals such as the Venice TV Awards and the LA Film Festival. He also wrote a complete contemporary ballet and released music with Sony Music.
With his Comfort Home Tour, Guallart brings warm, intimate performances to special places worldwide — as a response to the hectic pace of our time.
Wall House #2 in Groningen is a wonderful stopover on this tour, alongside iconic locations such as Gaudí's La Pedrera, Barragán's Casa Pedregal and Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater.
Let yourself be carried away by his unique mix of music and story in the intimate setting of Wall House #2.

Wall House #2.
Wall House #2 is een bezienswaardigheid, met zijn veelheid aan vormen, kleuren, interessante details, symbolen en betekenissen. Het is een exponent van de architectuur in de jaren tachtig en negentig van de vorige eeuw, toen de stad Groningen zich als podium voor internationale postmoderne architectuur profileerde. Het exuberante woonhuis werd ontworpen door de architect John Quentin Hejduk (New York 1929 - 2000 New York).
