Eva Sacchetto and Ron Caspers

On Saturday, August 30th, we proudly present a new exhibition at Solte Campe in Zoutkamp, featuring work by two artists: Eva Sacchetto from Eenrum and her partner Ron Caspers from Warffum.

While Eva Sacchetto's work primarily features stillness, air, and water, Ron Caspers's is robust, full of earth and fire.

During the special opening on Saturday, August 30th, they will talk about their inspiration and their work. With live music by Roos Galjaard & Sebastiaan Wiering.

Eva Sacchetto:

Eva is a yoga teacher. Stillness and intuitive living are at the heart of her business and are reflected in her paintings. It's about connecting with something larger and wiser than our minds; trusting and surrendering to that wisdom and connecting with collective knowledge.

Ron Caspers:

Ron is a metal restorer and visual artist. His company, "Smederij Atelier Caspers," has been in business for 40 years. He finds inspiration for his metal objects and spatial projects from his workspace.

Ron works with Corten steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and wrought bronze. He draws inspiration from his surroundings. A recurring theme is "resurrection."

Several of his artworks are on display in Groningen city and the surrounding province. These include both commissioned and purchased artworks.
