Fotoblok050 in Lübeck

About this activity.

The Groningen-based photography collective Fotoblok050 often ventures further afield for their photographic excursions. After trips to places like our Belgian neighbors to the south, they chose Lübeck in northern Germany last year. The group spent a weekend photographing there.
For Fotoblok050, the city has more to offer than the usual tourist highlights. The photographers also like to venture off the beaten track when selecting their images.
They also explore powerful details and less obvious perspectives. They choose street photography or create small thematic series based on subject, texture, or color. The old, abandoned and dilapidated harbor areas along the Trave River are brought back to life on the walls of Lichtzone.
Anyone who has never been to Lübeck will get a beautiful impression of it through this exhibition, personally colored by the photographers of Fotoblok050.
