Geert Schreuder (born 1949) paints objects that catch his eye in acrylic and/or oil.
These can be landscapes, still lifes, or interiors.
Sometimes large and dramatic, and sometimes small and intimate. Objects or little things that appeal to him, intrigue, fascinate, amaze, or strike him.
Some subjects tempt him to paint delicately, others to large strokes and blobs of paint.
He also works on commission, for example, illustrations and portraits.
He regularly exhibits here and there and opens his studio to visitors every first Sunday of the month.

Born: Veendam, raised in Stadskanaal, educated at ABK Minerva Groningen. Lived and worked in Onstwedde (Groningen) since 1971.
