About this activity.

The gallery will once again be filled with varied and beautiful paintings after the summer! This autumn, we are presenting works by Pieter Pander and Peter Durieux. We are proud and honored to be able to showcase the work of these two masters of painting in our gallery.

Pieter Pander creates striking portraits of people and animals, and he also paints still lifes of objects in his studio. His work has a distinctive signature, characterized by a sometimes rough and playful handling of paint.

Peter Durieux, on the other hand, has a refined brushstroke. On location—often in France, but also in the Netherlands—Peter makes detailed pencil drawings. In his studio, he uses these drawings as a guide for his paintings. With subtle color nuances, he creates atmospheric landscapes.
